Bday Tomorrow
Well, I turn 34 tomorrow. I don’t think I like middle of the week birthdays. Today is the last day of 33 which is ok by me I suppose. The years keep creeping by and making me an old lady! I was so much younger the last time I was pregnant on a birthday! I guess things keep changing all the time! I wish I could reflect right now on my last birthday and say that I’ve come so far in one year. But I can’t. Weight wise, I’m almost the same as last birthday. A few pounds better, but nothing outstanding.
I suppose that should depress me. It doesn’t. I look at my life and realize that I have everything I could ever want. I have beautiful children and a wonderful hubby. Baby on the way and feeling pretty good. Sometimes we don’t always know (or plan) what life is going to throw our way.
I do know that by my NEXT birthday.. I will be a much slimmer and fitter person though!!

Ain’t it funny how time slips away . . . Happy early birthday, girl!! And don’t ever let yourself feel “old.” Age is just a number, like weight. It does not dictate how you are on the inside. I feel younger right this minute at 41 than I did at 35. Plus, anyone who is young enough to be pregnant can automatically deduct 10 years from their age–that makes you 24 tomorrow!! Happy early birthday….you know age has never been a thing for me…when I was 26 I couldn’t wait to be the “dignified” age of 30, but after reading your blog and reading “Today is the last day of 33…” I don’t know, it made me realize how quickly life passes us by and although in denial, we’re growing old–hahahah!! Still…we have to count our blessings, that’s for sure! And I will be going through the exact same thing you’re going through (minus the pregnancy I hope) in about two months! LOL!
Well Happy B-day early ! The thought I have for you to ponder is that your weight couldn’t change to much because you are pregnant ! So your right you couldn’t do to much about it ! But next year look out ! Take good care of yourself and have a happy b-day ! Kimmi

You are so right about not knowing what life is going to throw our way though! Here I just got rid of all our baby “stuff” about 5 or 6 months ago and now I find out I’m pregnant. Ah well. I count it all joy! 
Happy Birthday! And no more talk about being old or feeling old. I was 35 when I had my youngest who is now 2. There are days she makes me feel old and there are days she makes me feel young. It’s funny because I just joined a mommy group and everyone in the group is like young 20’s. Now, that makes me feel old! Have a great birthday!

Yeah….I just love birthdays. You are so young. You are right too….life has so much good going for us that we should not stuck on just our weight.
I’m facing the big 3-0 in 2008…..I’m freaking out but I too will be a slimmer person on my 31st bday…hopefully by my 30th…
